Scottsdale Group Game · Last updated 2026

Scottsdale Group Game is a scorekeeping app for golf group games. This policy explains what it collects and why.

What we collect

How we use it

Only to run the app: authenticating you, saving your outings, syncing scores across the phones and Apple Watch in your group, and showing standings. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or track you across other apps or websites.

Where it's stored

Data is stored using Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore). Its handling is governed by Google's privacy terms. Handicap lookups are performed against the GHIN service when you search for a golfer.

Microphone

The Apple Watch app can use the microphone to detect the sound of a club striking the ball and advance the Wolf tee-shot sequence. This audio is processed on the watch only — it is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.

Your choices

You can delete an outing you created, which removes its groups and scores. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the email on our support page.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
